The Essentials

• Cartons — small (heavy items like books), medium (kitchen, decor) and large (light, bulky items like linen).
• Bubble wrap — for glass, electronics and fragile decor.
• Packing paper / plain newsprint — for wrapping dishes and filling gaps.
• Strong packing tape + a tape gun.
• Marker pens — to label every box by room and contents.
• Stretch/cling film — to bundle items and protect furniture.
• Old blankets / furniture covers — to protect surfaces and upholstery.
• Scissors / box cutter and resealable bags for screws and small parts.

How Much You'll Roughly Need
